Carrier Electronic Logging Device - Compliance Confirmation



The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires motor carriers to convert to in-cab electronic logging devices (ELDs) to record driver Hours of Service by December 18, 2017. Hub Group, Unyson Logistics, Temstar and Mode Transportation requires confirmation for future load planning purposes that you are 100% compliant with this ELD requirement, and if not, your estimated date of compliance.

Part II - Carrier ELD Status

  Carrier: If you have not begun to add ELDs to your fleet please enter 0 for question 8 and go to question 11.

  Carrier: If you are 100% compliant you can exit the survey after answering question 9 (ELD manufacturer and model name) by scrolling to the survey bottom and clicking on the Done button and then the Close button.

  Carrier: If you are not yet 100% compliant please advise the date when you will be in Question 10. You can then exit the by scrolling to the survey bottom and clicking on the Done button and then the Close button.
   
 
Only carriers who have not yet begun to equip their fleets with ELDs should answer questions 11, 12, and 13.
